📢 Temporary Closure Notice 🌴

SkinnyDropz will be temporarily closed August 2nd–9th.

Although the website will remain open and you’re welcome to place orders, no regular orders will be packed or shipped during our closure.

The only exception is for Christmas in July pre-orders placed during the July 24th–25th sale. Those pre-orders will continue to be processed in the order they were received.

Please note:
• All regular orders placed Thursday, July 30th–August 9th will begin shipping Monday, August 10th, in the order they are received.
• Selecting expedited shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) does not change this. Shipping speed begins only after your order has been packed and shipped. Since no one will be available to pack orders during our closure, no regular orders will ship while we are away, regardless of the shipping method selected.
• The website will remain open, and everything will be back in stock tonight.
• If paying by Square, invoices will continue to be sent each evening.
• We will have limited availability to respond to messages during this time and will reply as soon as possible after we return.

We will not contact or communicate from any other phone number or email address. Any number or email not listed above is not affiliated with SkinnyDropz and should be considered invalid.

We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
 

 Orders are packed and fulfilled in the order they are received.

We currently ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Most orders are processed within 72 business hours Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that the shipping speed selected at checkout does NOT affect processing or packaging times. Choosing overnight or expedited shipping does not mean your order will ship overnight from us. Shipping speeds only apply once your package has been packed and dropped off with the carrier.

All carrier delivery times are estimates only and are outside of our control once the package has been handed over to the shipping company.

We highly recommend choosing UPS whenever possible, as they tend to be more thorough with packages and are usually faster than USPS.

AGAIN- Please keep in mind that all orders are packed in the order they are received. The shipping speed selected at checkout does NOT speed up processing or packing times. Shipping speed only applies once the package has been dropped off with the carrier.
